What types of debts can you recover?
We handle clear, evidence-backed money claims: unpaid invoices, personal loans, money owed under contracts, unpaid business debts, unpaid services and other clear money claims. If you're unsure whether your claim qualifies, submit it for a free assessment — we'll give you an honest answer.
How much does it cost?
Nothing upfront. We charge 20% of the money successfully recovered, deducted from the recovered funds. For example, if we successfully recover £1,000, our 20% legal fee is £200. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.
What happens if no money is recovered?
Our success-based legal fee is only payable when money is successfully recovered. If court proceedings or enforcement require additional costs, we will explain these before you decide whether to proceed.
Do I have to attend court?
Many claims can be resolved without a court hearing. If your case does require a hearing, we will explain what is involved and what you need to do.
How long does debt recovery take?
Many claims resolve within a few weeks of a formal demand being sent. Disputed or complex cases that proceed through the courts can take several months. Once we've assessed your claim, we'll give you a realistic timeline for your specific situation.
What evidence do I need?
Anything that shows the money is owed: invoices, contracts, written agreements, emails, text messages, bank statements or proof of work completed. Don't worry if your evidence feels incomplete — we'll review what you have and tell you how to strengthen your claim.
