Terms of Service

Submitting your details through this website does not create a solicitor-client relationship and does not commit you to instructing Owed Legal. A solicitor-client relationship is only formed once we have confirmed in writing that we accept your instruction and you have agreed to our terms of engagement.

Our legal fee is 20% of the money successfully recovered on your behalf. If court proceedings or enforcement are required, additional costs such as court fees may apply — these will always be explained to you before you decide whether to proceed.

Complaints

We aim to provide an excellent service, but if something has gone wrong we want to hear about it. You can raise a complaint by emailing hello@owedlegal.co.uk.

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and investigate it in line with our regulatory obligations. If you remain unhappy with the outcome, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman, subject to time limits and eligibility.
